Review Scout Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Review Scout Pro purchases when paid checkout links are enabled.
Refund Window
If Review Scout Pro does not work for your intended ecommerce research workflow, contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be approved when:
- The license key cannot be activated.
- A payment was duplicated by mistake.
- The paid features are materially unavailable.
- You contacted support within the refund window and provided the purchase email or order ID.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be declined when:
- The refund request is outside the refund window.
- The license was shared, abused, resold, or used fraudulently.
- The issue is caused by unsupported websites or pages outside Review Scout's stated scope.
- A chargeback, dispute, or payment-provider fraud review is already active.
Payment Provider Timing
Approved refunds are processed through the third-party checkout provider used for the purchase. Bank, card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or payment-provider processing times may vary.
