Review Scout Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Review Scout is a Chrome extension for ecommerce product research. By using Review Scout, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Extension

Review Scout helps you read visible product page information, summarize review signals, save competitor records locally, and export CSV research files.

You are responsible for using Review Scout in a lawful way and for respecting the terms of the websites you browse.

Free and Pro Plans

The free plan may include limits, such as a maximum number of locally saved competitors.

The Pro plan unlocks additional local usage, such as unlimited local competitor saves, after a valid license key is activated.

Payments

Payments, when enabled, are handled by third-party checkout providers outside the extension. Review Scout does not collect credit card, bank, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other sensitive payment credentials.

License Keys

Manual Pro license keys are signed license tokens. You are responsible for keeping your license key private. License keys may be time-limited and may be revoked for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

Data and Privacy

Review Scout handles data as described in the Review Scout Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Review Scout is not affiliated with Amazon, Etsy, or their subsidiaries. Third-party checkout, billing, and license services may have their own terms and policies.

No Warranty

Review Scout is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that extracted page data will always be available on every supported marketplace page.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Scout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of the extension.

Contact

For support, billing, or license questions, contact the support email configured in the extension or on the official Review Scout listing.
